Budget-friendly option in Osaka

A budget-friendly option converted from an old apartment building. The two bedroom apartment was extremely compact, but includes everything we needed - a small kitchen with basic cookware and microwave, and a washer machine. Location wise, it does put you within a 5–10 minute walk of the subway. However, the neighborhood areas felt neither very clean nor especially safe.

The flat was very easy to find and access with clear instructions from owners. Direct metro link to shin-osaka station and 5min walk thereafter. Easy to get around to all the tourist attractions including universal studios, castle and dontonbori. Great area to base yourself. Flat had everything we needed for a 5 night stay, it was secure and clear instructions given for an easy stay. Would recommend for small family, we were 2 adults and a teen and the flat was big enough for our stay. We would return if ever get opportunity to visit Japan again.

The staff was kind and helpful. They placed our luggage delivered by Yamato Transport in our room. They also provided Yamato Transport Services for our luggage to be delivered. This apartment is good for 2 - 3 people in 1 room. The washing machine and the laundry detergent provided was great.

Love this flat. It's more like an airbnb type which is good since it has a full kitchen. The flat is really clean. The elevator is a little small but can pretty much fit 3 people with 3 large luggages. The location is great! Just across is the shinsekai which gives you a lot of option for food! 5 minutes walk away from Don quijote and Metro Stations. There's also a nice coin laudry 2 minutes away!

Great location with many things in walking distance. Room was a little small with only places to really sit were outside or on the beds. Loved the balcony view but highlight was the washing machine and drying room, was fantastic to be able to wash clothes in room with clothes drying overnight with the handy room settings. Staff were really friendly, we were able to leave our bags with them and when we came back to check in the bags were waiting in our room

Great comfortable facilities. Really easy to get around and quite near popular areas. Neighbourhood has some old school coffee shops run by elderly couples, but they don't open till later in the morning.
