Welcoming staff. Room had everything you needed. Nice pool but a lot of kids. Adult hot tub had kids in it most of the time, and although a lot of staff around, no one asked the kids to leave.

We celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary at the Watermark and could not have had a more enjoyable experience. We were absolutely delighted to see a bottle of bubbly, from a local winery, waiting in our room which we enjoyed while dining at 15 Park Bistro. Our dining experience at the Bistro was wonderful...service was exceptional and the food was delicious. Our lakeview room was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and I am very particular about bed comfort. The pillows were comfortable although my husband prefers a smaller and flatter pillow...that is an individual preference. The staff did an exceptional job to ensure our stay was memorable. We had an issue with the tv however maintenance was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner...just in time to watch the first game of the Stanley Cup finals! Thank you!! We highly recommend the Watermark and are looking at the possibility of returning in September.
