Hotel itself is great. Close to transit options and landmarks if visiting Ottawa as a tourist. Room was excellent and staff were also amazing. Only downside is that area nearby doesn't have much in terms of late-night food options so if arriving in Ottawa late, will want to head towards Byward Market for dining.

The property is nice, clean, not perfect, but pretty close. i find the bathrooms have the toilet a bit too close to the vanity and the bowl itself is round, therefore small. otherwise its a mix of modern meets nostalgic. the wifi however could use an upgrade, i couldn't get it past 5mbit anywhere in my room. i forgot my ethernet cable so i couldn't test to see if plugging in directly would have helped. all that said, the staff was nice and very helpful and would definitely stay again, and hope they upgrade their networking when i do go next.
