Check-in was good. The front desk person was friendly and very helpful. Even though we were a little early for check in time, One of our 2 rooms was not quite ready yet, but got upgraded to a suite room; which was nice and appreciated. The TV remote batteries were dead and there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, but the guest service personnel came to our room and took care of it very quickly. The complimentary hot breakfast was good as expected for Holiday Inn and plenty of seats in the dining room and also outdoor seating available as well. There was plenty of parking spaces and hotel was clean and a nice stay overall. Will definitely keep this hotel on our list for our next trip to Ottawa.

The room was very clean, well kept and modern. The breakfast area was also well organized. However there was very limited channels available on the TV. Canadian news was not available while BBC and Fox news was available.

Great service on check-in, they were able to get me in early, which was really convenient because I had a meeting within an hour of arriving. The room was quite large and very comfortable. The bed was cozy. The chair at the desk was comfortable to do some work and good pressure on the shower.
