Great for families

The stuff was excellent and very friendly- everything we asked for, answered immediately. The kitchen was amazing with everything we needed, perfect for families. The pull up sofa bed in the living room was not good and you could feel all the springs. Nut for adult sleep but for the kids it was decent. Overall it is a bit old building, but only the windows were squeaky. The rest was fine, the unit was very spacious.

Excellent value for cost! The full kitchen was wonderful. The cleaning staff were wonderful. The check in agent arriving was wonderful and great service. The floor and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner on arrival.

Room was not as clean as expected for a hotel. The main bathroom was very clean but the ensuite bathroom looked as if the bathtub wasn't touched (soap dispensers almost empty and stray hair found on the dispenser). Kitchen floor and faucet also had food stains. Staff was very helpful in fixing a slow bathroom drain.

I've stayed here twice before and although the furniture was slightly dated back then they've completely updated all the rooms which are really nice with the exception of the beds. The beds are to firm, I pretty much spent the nights waking up sore every couple hours and having to change position. If I were 10 years younger they probably would have been fine. No so much now.

We had a great stay at Les Suites. The room was very spacious with a great balcony, and even a washer/dryer. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the little cafe in the lobby had great coffee! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Ottawa.

The units/rooms themselves are very comfortable and a great value. It felt like we were in our own 1 bedroom apartment. The staff were also excellent with any requests. The location is central to many things being downtown. The parking is a separate rate and is confusing, you have to check in first in order to get the parking pass, and there is not an easily accessible way to cart luggage to the room from the parking garage. The elevators were a bit slow at times, that might have been due to a large group who were at the hotel at that time.
