Nice quiet stay, about 10min to Ottawa. Easy to get to off the main drag. Friendly service. Our room was very clean, I liked that there was no carpet but laminate flooring that looked fairly new. There is a pool, which we're didn't use, but we did sit at the outdoor patio beside the pool for our morning tea. Continental breakfast is decent.

Exactly as booked - breakfast was very good: Continental included full breakfast. Breakfast was crowded, but great food options that they kept stocked. Pool was closed (but at this time of year, we didn't expect to swim in any case). Area is congested, but we knew that and picked for it's convenience/access. Checkin / out was effortless and parking included and sufficient. Two floors so no elevator but staff were great at making sure Sr. traveling with us in one of our two rooms was on first floor. Though pricey, all options are these days: and this was good value.

Hotel Management should have more maturity in handling breakfast for a huge contingent of school kids who were staying overnight. The line up was long, kids were cutting into the lineup even when they could see other customers like me waiting patiently. Teachers were just ignoring. I am not going to fight with grade 6 kids for breakfast and definitely not going to argue with them for breaking the line. I quietly left without having breakfast. There was no one from hotel management present to manage the crowd or even had courtesy to apologize to customers who waited patiently and left without breakfast. At least have the foresight to setup the school kids breakfast separately. Absolutely unacceptable
