An Enjoyable Stay

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Metcalfe Hotel. My husband was here on business but I was here for pleasure. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and the bedroom was comfortable. The position of the hotel in Downtown Ottawa was also very convenient for visiting the places of interest in Ottawa. We would certainly return if we are in Ottawa again and recommend to our friends.

Beautiful and clean! A lovely stay.

Our stay at the Metcalfe was wonderful. The hotel is bright and airy, and our room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is pricey, but serves true French cuisine that was delicious! The area was very walkable and we would definitely return. They were renovating some of their areas, but they kept them well separated from common guest areas. About a week after we were there I realized I left a bag with all my medication inside the safe. I contacted the hotel and they quickly walked me through the process of getting it shipped to me, which I greatly appreciated!
