This downtown hotel was excellent value for money in a perfect location. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed the beautiful atrium as well as an excellent breakfast. Only minor quibble was a bit of noise from the lobby as the rooms on the second floor are open to the atrium so thr sound carries.

A very pleasant stay at Metcalfe Hotel with excellent service. This was our second visit, and we especially enjoy the beautiful restaurant and café in the hotel. The modern lobby is a delight and perfect for spending time. This stay also surprised us with a thoughtful turndown service that made the evening feel special.
