The architecture and design are incredible, the rooms are very clean, and the amenities are perfect. The main downside: I wish the noise levels at night time were better managed better by the use of security or similar - drunken people at night time should have a lid put on them quickly, and likewise children running around wildly and making a ruckus isn't endearing... when the whole goal was for us to get away from this exact situation.

Staff were lovely and accommodating; cleanliness of the room was not great (used fake eyelashes on the counter & an unflushed toilet when we first entered—everyone’s entitled to an off day I suppose, lol!). Cleaning staff very kind and responsive, but our room was right next to their supply closet so at all hours there was quite a bit of noise with the door opening and closing constantly (just bring earplugs and you’ll be fine). Ample towels, wonderfully comfy bed, will come again.

The staff are nice. The rooms are quite average. This is rather an old property. My experience was not very good because on my first night I noticed bed sheets were quite dirty, as if they were not changed since the last guest. I had to sleep in my outdoor clothes! Next morning I told the reception and asked that they change the sheets but they didn't, and I had to ask them again after I returned to hotel and finally it got changed!
