Everything was great. Not to happy in regards to the parking cost. It was always free during the day. No we have to pay $30 per day. Which doesn’t include over night. Has to still move the vehicle to a parking lot farther away for overnight parking. Unfortunately my truck would not fit for underground parking. In my opinion, parking should Always be included in the cost when staying in a room.

The staff were kind, polite and helpful! They answered all our questions, provided helpful tips and suggestions and generally made our stay pleasant. Our stay was very comfortable, the kitchenette had everything we needed and dining in the village restaurants were phenomenal. My family and I would be delighted to return here another time.

We had no hot water and then found out that a fire alarm had shut down the hot water tank. So it took a while to be able to get hot water. The one bathroom had a shower that the tap was installed backward. The maintenance guy knew about it but they never fixed it. The dishwasher wasn’t cleaning the dishes at all. We had to clean the dishes by hand. We had dish soap but no sponge or something to clean the dishes with. To top it up, this was an upgrade. Parking is very expensive for what is offered. Not impressed for the amount of money spent.

I really liked how we were right in the middle of the village with easy access to all the facilities. The room was great but my only complaint would be the room tv set was very small for the distance it was away from the chairs and bed A minor point and I would definitely stay again.
