The hotel was really nice. It has a rustic feel to it. I would think upgrading the TV situation to a more modern approach would be a good touch. After everything closed down in Blue Mountain around 8pm/9pm a movie would have been nice to watch if I had access to connect my phone as in other hotels I've stayed at. The other issue I found was with the connecting rooms they tend to be paper thin. We heard the ladies in the next room clear as day as if they were in our room with us. To be fair they were very loud, laughing, shouting all that fun stuff but little to no sound proof wjen having loud neighbors. Overall the stay was very nice, relaxing, clean and quiet once the issue of the noisy neighbors was resolved. Got a free few activities upon check in which was neat! Enjoyed our stay very much! Would love to stay again. Thank you!

Property was centrally located. Unfortuntely the outlets in the bedroom didnt work and one of the two elevators wasnt working which resulted in wait times of 10-15 minutes especially during checkout times

Booked a 2 bedroom suite and asked for an upper floor. We were given a nice refreshed loft suite in Seasons. Quiet and perfect for our weekend. Kitchen was well equipped. Underground parking was a breeze.

Blue Mountain's nothing to write home about. There aren't many choices near Toronto, anyway. The service sucks, and the staff are super rude. Sadly, there's not much else within a two-hour drive. It gets worse every year.

I loved the Seasons lodge but the living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable absolutely horrible. The beds were very comfortable. My suite was the 2 bedroom one and it was very spacious for my family of 4 and very clean. The 2 full bathrooms were very cool along with the balcony. I will stay there again but get better furniture.

This is not about property, it is about Expedia, I booked a trip with Expedia (itinerary #73233530023609) but mistakenly entered the wrong date. I immediately called their customer support and explained that I only wanted to change the date — not cancel the booking. The agent assured me they would contact me within 72 hours. Nobody ever followed up. I called again and was told the same thing, with no real action taken. My case number is 18012669, but it feels like once Expedia gets your payment, they stop caring about the customer. Very disappointing experience, and I will think twice before booking with them again.

The property is located in the Blue Mountain Village at the base of the ski lifts. There are several restaurants and bars as well as many unique shops and stores. The ski resort offers summer activities as well, such as gondola rides up the mountain with hiking trails, activities for kids and adults. We participated in the Zip lines and the mountain sledding which were both amazing. This was a very pleasant experience and stay!
