Lovely rooms, clean and well set up for coffee tea etc We enjoyed the property, it’s right across the street (5mins) from the base of the ski hill and the little village, making it a much more affordable stay. The only disappointment was the bed needs an update.

The Hilton is a great choice for your stay in Blue Mountain Village. While not directly in the village, it is a short and safe walk to all the shopping and dining options. The hotel is a beautiful lodge style, which makes it so much cozier. Since there are multiple lodges on the property, we never get like there were too many people. Which made for a relaxing and intimidate time away.

There was construction going on and we drove over a nail on the path to the room. I understand that construction means noise but I wasn’t expecting to have to deal with a flat tire because of it. We spoke to reception and they were very dismissive. They told us that there are signs stating that there is construction (the signs were only about noise) and they wouldn’t do anything to help or compensate us for the cost. We had a golf booked for that morning that had to be cancelled (more money spent) and CAA had to tow the car 30 minutes away. Terrible customer service.
