Compare Hotels with Parking in Pacific Grove

Normally like this place but I discovered that there was no conditioner in the shower halfway through washing my hair. Grrr. Also asked for a room with a fireplace for both my stays (midweek, not too many guests) and didn't get it, either time.

Thank you for the wonderful visit! My wife and I loved the house and the staff were all very helpful and friendly! The evening snacks and morning breakfast were very good as well. We hope to return!

I love the location. The property is basic and clean. You get the most bang for your buck here.

When we attempted to check in the staff was rude and not helpful. The parking was very limited plus there was a big street festival that took up all of the street parking. We should have been notified of this but were not. Our room faced a busy street which was noisy all night. The promised breakfast didn't start until 8AM which is late for early risers. The one day we did get breakfast it was just coffee and some mediocre pastries. They promised some kind of yogurt parfait but it was late being prepared. They have signs in their bathrooms about ancient plumbing and saving water but to get hot water you had to run the water for an extended time. In summary, this place is not ready for prime time.

Staff is friendly.
