The hositality of the kitchen staff was great, there were so many tourists my kids and i couldnt get what we wanted. The staff was kind enough to provide us what we needed and brought it to our table.

I booked a suite but the room had a musky smell to it. The floor was dirty. Sock were black after walking in the room Entire laundry room was out of service every machine. The pool / pool area was closed.

Oh so nice Best Western! From the top to bottom everything was great. The check in staff helped me fix my reservations, the hotel grounds keepers had the exterior clean and spotless, the room maids cleaned and polished the interiors so that they were immaculate. Let’s not forget the kitchen staff who served up a bountiful and yummybreakfast! All in all you could tell that this property and its team worked cohesively to make this a five star rating. The only thing that would’ve improved it is if it could’ve had a view of the canyon as it sits perched on a hilltop as you come out of the basin. It even seemed as if the guest knew that they were in for a treat as everyone was calm, peaceful, happy, respectful, and enjoy enjoying their time at this Best Western location.

Only complaint with the hotel was once you got off on the elevator on the third floor, there was a bad odor. Otherwise, the ladies up front were sweet and they even allowed me an early check-in.

I would rate this property as more than excellent. The frontline staff were extremely courteous and helpful, making the stay very comfortable. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of items. The suite provided to me was exceptionally spacious, making it truly worth staying.

Beautiful location. Absolutely fantastic room space, great to relax after a rugged day in the heat. Front desk was helpful to go over the pet policy with me & how the pool was closed for maintenance. We had a single night and couldn't fully unpack but the front desk had us covered for toiletries. Great breakfast in the morning! More than just carbs and apples.

The ladies at the front desk were nice when we checked in, but as the evening progressed, only one lady was there, and she was overrun with folks. Our room had no towels or ironing board, and after requesting them, we were told the towels were drying and there was no ironing board in any of the unused rooms either. At 9:30PM, we were finally called about towels. In the meantime, we’d snagged a few pool towels, of which there were lots, to use in our room. At 3:30 AM, there was running or loud walking above our room, which was the main floor. This stomping/running awakened me again at 4:30AM. The next morning, we couldn’t even get into the breakfast area because there were 30-40 people already lined up! Breakfast hadn’t even started yet. We had an early tour, so we couldn’t wait. We went to a local convenience store and grabbed a sausage biscuit, so we could make our tour on time. This experience was very disappointing.
