We had just stayed at BW plus at Bryce and that was 5 Stars review. But for lake powell we didnt get water, the room had one chair less and one side table less. The breakfast options were less. They kept calling ys that we were making noise when we were just watching TV and didnt have any kids. They even checked in us. They should have tried to figure this some other way

I wasn’t able to sleep properly due to the constant squeaking noise. Whenever someone walks in the room above, it disturbs the guests below. The flooring seems to be very noisy. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Room was clean and in good condition. Air conditioning unit was noisy as was the plumbing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not great, even the yogurt came out of a dispenser. No alternative milk (soy, almond, or oat) available.
