Hair on the beds. The poor lady at the front desk was dealing with everything by herself. I changed the sheets myself. The pool area was very cold. And the pool water was FREEZING! We were told “the pool isn’t heated”. Nope. There was a hot tub and the water was hot, but looked dirty. Would’ve booked a different hotel.

Check-in was delayed by 2 hours but we asked for late check out and were given an additional hour which we completely grateful for! Breakfast was out when I went down at 910. It ended at 930. Lastly, while sitting r wading in the room eating, some one opened the door and hollered checkout is at 11. I then reminded her that we were given an additional hour. She shut the door and didn’t say anything. Upon checkout I learned that the lady at the desk did the hollering. She didn’t apologize for her error. I did thank her for allowing us the late checkout. I’m not sure I would stay her again. I da t we decided to stay in Page an additional night and stayed at a hotel across the street.
