One of the worst places I've ever stayed in. No rooms on the ground floor, no elevator working because they're being renovated but reservation was made by Expedia without telling us. Key card did not work, had to walk all the way down no one at the front desk and had to wait another 5 minutes to get that going again. Absolutely awful and uncaring. Would never ever stay in this place again or would never recommend this place.

It seems February is renewal month for Holiday Inn Express. Four of the properties I stayed on this trip were redoing rooms. Unfortunately the elevator was out and I had a third floor room. Not fun lugging my stuff up and down.

Place is undergoing major renovations, giant construction zone. When we arrived, the elevators were closed due to construction. There is construction trash and debris all over the hallways and staircases. The room itself was fine. But hauling luggage upstairs and looking at all the trash in the halls made it a depressing stay. If you get a great price for the room then terrific, otherwise stay away.
