When we arrived we were made aware that the ekevator was broken and would not be fuxed for days due to waiting on a part. Would have been nice to be notified prior to our arrival as we could change reservations. Also the halways were not clean upon arrival and the room wasnt very clean. Have stayed in many Holiday Inn Expresses on the East Coast which were clean.

Our stay was not great, but the staff did their very best to make it up to us. The elevator was down (now posted on the hotel website), our room was locked open when we got to it, and the towels were covered in makeup from prior guests. But the people were so nice and so helpful and are really trying their best.

The property and room were nice. The problem was that the elevator was not working and hasn’t been working for over a month! They don’t know when it will be repaired and fixed. The only room they had was on the 3rd floor and I had to carry all my belongings up and down the flights of stairs. That was very incovienent . Very disappointed .

Elevators didn’t work

Clean and comfortable but.. Upon check-in informed elevators we not working. Found out had not been working for a least a week. Would have probably reconsidered keeping reservation had we been given notice. Had to lug suitcases to the 3rd floor.

Clean hotel and good location. The elevator was broken when we were there, so that presented an issue. When we checked in, there was someone to help carry our bags to the 3rd floor, but when we checked out, there was no one to help.

Great staff

The staff was very nice. They were very understaffed. We came to check in at 4pm (1 hr later than offered). The room wasn't ready, The elevator was broken. We had to go up 3 flights of stairs. Im 70 years old with bad knees and a heart condition. Not a good situation. The room was very clean but the halls and stairways really needed cleaned

The elevator was out of order, and it was very difficult to move our luggage. We also couldn’t get a room on the first floor. The hotel should have informed us of this in advance by email.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing that needs to be improved is the morning breakfast. Food was good but planning and the preparation to meet the demand needs to really be worked on. Steam table items were always empty.
