We were upgraded to a room of the view of the hillside. It is such a desolate view before you get to see the skyline of the hills. A very clean spacious room with very nice breakfast. A little up in the mountains away from the town, but very close for our Slot one antelope tour.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Page/Lake Powell! From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond! So attentive, welcoming, and kind. The entire property was spotless, and the views of the canyons were simply breathtaking. It truly felt like we were surrounded by nature’s beauty at every turn. We decided to have dinner at the hotel, and my goodness—it was delicious! Every bite exceeded our expectations. The food, service, and ambiance made for a perfect evening. We loved every moment of our stay and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Page area. This place is a gem!

We’ve always enjoyed staying at Hyatt properties. Unfortunately, the customer service fell short. I reached out to the hotel manager, Hadassa Marquez-Crandall, to request a refund for a night we didn’t use. Despite following up, I never received a response. It’s disappointing to be met with silence when trying to resolve an issue. We expected better communication and care.

Overall, your service was good. However, the mattress in the room I stayed in was too old, and the springs were sagging. I experienced severe back pain in the morning after sleeping on it. The reason was that the mattress was so worn out that the back area had sunken deeply. Please replace the mattress with a new one. The next morning was very difficult for me.

The Hotel feels new, clean & modern. The veranda off the lobby has the most stunning views! It’s a perfect start to the day, while enjoying a good breakfast. The beds were super comfy too! Loved the Hyatt Place!
