I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience during my recent stay at this hotel. I had booked two rooms for a party of five, including elderly individuals and a young child. Upon check-in, we were informed that the elevator was out of service, and the only available rooms were on the fourth floor. This situation caused significant inconvenience, as we had to carry numerous items, including a baby stroller, up and down the stairs. Given that the elevator malfunction falls under the hotel's responsibility, I believe our accommodation experience was very poor.

Inefficient front desk

Front desk is inefficient and not tourist friendly. Being in hospitality business means saying Hello and Have a nice day at the very least. Walls are thin and breakfast is adequate. No view. Nice clean room with extremely noise air conditioner.
