The location of the hotel is really good- close to all attractions. The staff very friendly. Easy and fast check in. Good breakfast and easy parking, However the hotel is really old and in deep need of renovations, dirty and smelly corridors, balcony looks like never been cleaned. Would not come back.

Unhappy!

Dusty room. Noisy a/c . Curtain has damage . We checked in at their Kiosk at the lobby . We were communicating with a person ( video) of their call center outside USA . Today my bank notified me that the deposit were charged DOUBLE !! I booked with balcony with view of the mountains as shown on the photo, they put us in the room that the view was the street! Not the mountains!

Not that bad as they say

This is a typical outdated American hotel, but many strongly negative opinions occurred to be exaggerated. While there is a strange kiosk for e-check-in, we were welcomed by a friendly alive human being at the reception desk. The room was spacy and clean. The bed comfortable and large. The tube was in poor condition, but good enough to have a shower. The view from the restaurant is stunning. The breakfast consisted in typical American junk food: too dry scrambled eggs, waffles with few toppings, extremely sweet juices, milk etc. The restaurant was advertised as serving healthy breakfast, because their offered one apple per customer. No vegetables were spotted. Everything was served using paper/plastic in order to produce enormous amounts of garbage every day. Overall, acceptable place for a couple of nights.

Meh. Check in was super weird. A kiosk with some Indian ( in india) . Tried to charge me more for pet. No maid service whatsoever. WiFi was almost non existent, even though they advertised WiFi. No remote for tv, I had to ask twice the 2nd day I expected better especially for that price. It’s Indian owned what more can I say?

Front desk customer service was poor, unhelpful. Still have not received my refund back to my credit card for incidentals, it has been 6 days. Staff was clueless when asking about this. If we wanted room to be cleaned during our stay, need to ask. We asked front desk, housekeeping came and only emptied trash. Did not make beds, clean sink, nothing more than collect trash. When checking in had to use a kiosk with a live person, hard to understand and awkward. Overall not impressed.

Our rooms were clean, but bath faucets were old and dripped. Ground floor patio doors don't really lock securely - they are convenient to load/unload, but drafty at night. Breakfast was a bit sparse - no meats, but they did have waffles, toast, cold cereal, eggs.

Property was filthy. No elevator. Stairwell to the upper floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned for decades. Shower temperature fluctuated the whole time. Bathroom was flat out disgusting. Actual room wasn't bad but had a smell.

My expectations for hotels are generally low. My husband and I needed a place to stay for one night and booked this knowing it wouldn’t be a 5 star experience (or even close to it). We were so disgusted by this place. We don’t typically ask for a new room, but in this case, we checked in and received a ground level room right across from the cleaning area. Upon approaching our room we noticed our door was wide open. We went in and the door didn’t sit right and therefore wouldn’t shut properly. We went to use the bathroom and noticed a disgusting amount of black mold on the underside of the ledge in the tub, globs of black hair in the corner of the threshold, and the sink wouldn’t drain properly when we washed our hands. We both felt grossed out but were fine powering through. We were sitting at the table deciding where to eat when we noticed ants crawling on the table and then on us. There was a huge gap in the wall by the AC unit and seemed to be the entry point for the bugs. We then decided to check our mattress for bed bugs and while it was free of them, we noticed a creamy stain on the top of the comforter that clearly hadn’t been washed, and the sheets clearly hadn’t been washed by the amount of long black hair we found. We asked for a new room and while the 2nd was a tad better, the door to this room was so bad that light was streaming from the hall. Mold still in the bathroom & questionable bedding. Do not stay here. It was gross and clearly in need of updating.

Worst Hotel Experience

The room was not clean; dirty towels, clogged sink, hair on the bathroom floor, hair and sludge in the tub drain. The shower curtain rod was broken and held up by a toilet paper holder. The fridge was broken, the phone in the room didn't work, and the tv remote was dead. There was no staff or management available at the property in the evening to address my issues. I was told, from the checkin Kiosk that a manager would be in before 8am the next morning. The next morning I asked for the manager, I was told I had to wait until after 2pm for the manager. The morning staff sent maintenance to fix the issues I informed them about and someone to clean the room. They fixed the shower rod, unclogged the sink drain, cleaned out the tub drain, and replaced towels but, they left the hair on the floor, the fridge and phone were still broke. The staff also left the door open to my room with all my personal items. Luckily, nothing was taken. The manager talked with me about the issues, apologized, and moved me to a new room that had no phone, no clock, wires sticking out of the wall, and torn curtains. I informed the manager of the issues right away with the new room. He said he would get the wires covered up and have a phone and clock brought to the room. The manager never did and left for the night with no staff at the property. My compensation for all the issues, besides getting moved into a new room, $30 back. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again. Especially the one in Page, AZ.

The first night we were placed in A room with a horrid stench, like death. Moved to a second room. That room had broken furniture , no towel bars and most of all NO HOT WATER! Was promised it would be fixed but wasn’t and staff was non existent to communicate with. Said they would later move us to a third room but never did, nor did they try to fix the problem. I was throughly disappointed with this stay and for Expedia for recommending it

We paid $220 for one night. Just wanted a good night’s sleep and a hot shower. The check in at the kiosk was the first very frustrating thing we experienced. While standing in front of the kiosk the automatic doors kept opening and closing, causing enough noise to make it very hard to hear and try to follow instructions to just get checked in. After a long drive and just wanting to get to our room, it was especially aggravating. The beds were comfortable, our air conditioning seemed ok and no problems with the tv. However, there was a lot of dirty corners in this room especially the bathroom was in bad shape. A lot of hard water build up on the faucet and absolutely no hot water, along with the fact the tub had no plug in it. When we did try to run the water in the shower, it never got hot and the water wouldn’t drain. Totally felt ripped off and too tired to go deal with complaining to a kiosk!!! Save your money and go somewhere else. We learned the hard way.
