This place was so bad i could not stay there, it had yellow danger tape around the front of the rooms the door would not close properly and the door safty lock had been kicked in and half of it was missing, radiator was smashed and the furnishings were dirty and felt damp. There is no one to complain too as it is a automated tv screen that you try to speak to. I told the tv i can not stay and was told ok don't you booked through Expedia speak to them. Please don't book this place.

You get what you pay for, kind of.

To be fair, the cost was really low so if you just want a bed for a cheap price, then this is your place. The room was worth the cost. But, don't expect service, cleanliness, or comfort. The room was clean, but the pillow covers and sheets were stained, the towels are more like scratchy rags and lightbulbs in the rooms are burned out. Outside is run down and there is garbage everywhere. There "hot" water was only warm, definitely not hot. Light No one will ever answer the phone listed to call. The information states if you are arriving after 10:00? that you need to call and make arrangements. I called over 30 times over multiple times and no one ever answered. They do not have people on site, but a machine where you see and talk to someone else at another location. If you show up and the doors are locked, ring the bell and they will remotely unlock the door, but there is no bell or noise. Then, go in and talk to the machine. Again, if you want a room to sleep in for a low cost, this may be the place for you.

Very good hotel for the price, we missed the breakfast by a few minutes but enjoyed being able to grab a coffee. Beds were okay. Rooms were older but did the job.

Plus the tv was snowy and no service was given by staff to fix tv. Would definitely not stay here again. I would pay anyone to not experience what I experienced here at RODEWAY OF PAGE AZ

When I walked in for check in you deal with a person in a virtual box. Hard to understand due to audial clarity. They are definitely not on the property. As soon as I walked in a slight musty smell was in the air. As I laid in the bed my skin started to have these pinprick tingling/burn feelings. Looked for bedbugs but didn’t see any. Might be mites. My skin still itches. You get what you pay for. Cheaper is not always better. So be warned!

Update 2/23/25: BREAKFAST IS NO LONGER FREE, despite Google Maps' false claims, along with the sign on the door to the lobby indicating breakfast hours and on the room door (no exceptions are mentioned on either). The hotel is under new ownership, and check-in is now via a huge kiosk with a live person in an unclear location, which feels unnecessary and may explain the breakfast charge. The removal of the complimentary hot breakfast, previously very well enjoyed, is a significant downgrade. I was informed that booking through an unspecified site other than Expedia might offer breakfast, but I found no mention of it on Choice Hotels, the overall management company for this motel. Onsite breakfast is unavailable for purchase, and the grab-and-go option appears minimal. This disappointing change has led to a rating adjustment. I stayed here in November 2024, and the breakfast was excellent then. While other aspects remain unchanged, I will seek alternative accommodations due to concerns about further downgrades under the new ownership and the ineffective kiosk check-in process.
