The woman who checked us in was not friendly at all and started our stay on a negative note. The room was clean. The breakfast had more choices than most hotels. It was nice to have eggs, potatoes, yogurt and apples. The eggs were a most interesting solid mass but tasted fine and the potatoes were quite good. As always with free breakfasts, there is a heavy emphasis on lots of breads, muffins, waffles etc. The man who was refreshing the food and cleaning was very nice.

Everyone at this property was very courteous and helpful. Attended during the Albuquerque Balloon fiesta and they have free shuttles running there and back. It's also walkable to the balloon festival. I highly recommend this hotel! Clean comfortable rooms and very courteous staff!
