The room smelled terrible there were black hairs all over the bed and pillows. The shower smelled like rotten sewage. Was charged 80 dollars aside from my expedia booking after they told me they would not charge me.

The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the pool temperature was nice. The part I didnt like were the dingey linens. I'm sure they were clean, but they looked like they had been washed in a cement mixer. I couldnt believe this for such a nice NEW hotel. Had to look again, but there, making it glaringly obvious, was one new pristine bright white facecloth, that really stood out against the rest. The pool towels were the same. I'm sure a local animal shelter would appreciate the donation of your icky linens. You should be ashamed.

I was surprised at how poor the lighting was in our room and how few electrical outlets there were for my phone and computer. Fortunately, I bring a couple of outlet multipliers with.
