The hotel appears clean but it quickly starts to look aged. Overall though the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. The property could definitely use a refresh. Especially of furniture and the bathrooms.

Very average hotel. Seems like most of the hotels in this area are very average and same scale. Called the reception for items and they told me to come get it and they just left it at the desk. This hotel is clean and does the job for the local hiking/scenic reasons people come here.

The location it's at and the amenities provided were great. The staffers were welcoming and nice. The only downside we ran into was the dead bolt to our room was not operating well. Either the door itself was misaligned or the locking plate was. We were not able to report such finding to the staffers due to our tight schedule but it was definitely something of note.

Bad customer service!

Unprofessional staff and liars. Slow to fix issues and expect guests to fix it if they want it to be fixed quickly. Dodge responsibility and blame customers when it is their responsibilities to provide a habitable room. The accusation that hotel toilets clog because guests throw toilet paper in the toilet and we were told that we should not throw toilet paper in the toilet is absurd (he meant it wouldn't clog if we all didn't throw toilet paper in). Guests are there for vacation, not to fix issues of your rooms!

Good overnight spot for visit to Antelope Canyon & Horseshoe Bend. Beds were super comfortable. Bathroom was very clean, but fixtures need updating & prefer when properties have built in shampoo, etc dispensers in stead of little bottles - better for families. However, staff was super accommodating & brought extras to our room.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It seems to be in a nice area and some rooms have balconies with views of the dam. The breakfast was good. The hotel had a tour bus staying with them during the time we were there and they managed the large number of people quite well. We would definitely stay there again.
