Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the house, private in ground heated pool and spa as well as golf cart. There is also a fire pit outside.
Other:
Golf Cart usage must be approved prior to arrival. We must have a liability waiver signed prior to golf cart usage. Golf cart can only be parked in front of the following properties when parking by the beach:
62 Moody Dr or 58 Ocean St . Please do not park it by other homes on the street as it will be towed away.
The battery is only good for about 1-2 hr so please dont forget to recharge. We do have timer there, please make sure its pluged in with the charger. Please text me at (386)569-5383 with any questions.

Dear guests welcome to Oasis by the Sea. We hope you enjoy your stay.
The street in front of the house which leads to the beach is a private street and our house does not belong to that community. Though it is not prohibited if you walk down to the beach on Seascape, you might run into an unfriendly neighbor who will ask you not to use the street. You are welcome to use 2 other neighboring streets Ocean street on the left or Moody Dr. on the RT. The golf cart is there for your convenience. Please only park the golf cart at 58 Ocean St or 62 Moody Dr. as both of those homes are managed by us. We do provide beach chairs and umbrella for your convenience. Please make sure to always wash the sand off before you place them back in the garage. Please remove Hammock and Hanging chairs from the outside and place them in the garage in order to keep them dry for your next usage.
Our beautiful pool is the ultimate Oasis for you to enjoy at anytime . The remote control is located in the downstairs kitchen on the wall. Please make sure to always keep it there.
In order to operate the features of the pool such as Spa and waterfall, please press #1 for Spa (it might take 20-30 min for it to heat to 100F) and #2 for the Waterfall. List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
The Neighborhood:
Beachfront neighborhood. No through traffic. Beach is super private, only people who live in the neighborhood use this beach, no public access or public parking. Close to miles of walking or biking trails.

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions. Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
