Lush, well maintained property with a cozy island vibe. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The pool and lagoon area were beautiful; we had a late departing flight and enjoyed relaxing poolside that day. They even had free use of a transit room to shower and change! We would definitely book again.

I was apprehensive about staying here after reading the negative comments but we’ve had a great time. All the staff we have come across have been super friendly especially the reception team and the lady who checked us in. She was lovely. The room itself was clean, spacious, had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, big shower. Plenty of toiletries. I have been pleasantly surprised by our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back and recommend here to others.

The pool, lagoon, restaurant and staff were good. The room needed some serious help. The furniture and floors were worn down, the refrigerator did not work well and could not keep ice cream frozen. And the worst were cockroachs and little ant like bugs inside the room and in the patio area. For $400 a night, I expected cleaner rooms.

My daughter and I had a good stay. When we checked in, everyone that was there was very accommodating and friendly. The activities director was also very friendly and helpful. Interestingly resort restaurant staff did not seem as friendly or accommodating. I ordered a well done, no red burger twice at two different times of day and neither ever came back well done. I had @to scrape out the red meat from my burger. Also most of the resort staff only spoke French and Tahitian so communication was very frustrating. It was pretty and so were the views but the attitude we felt we got left us with no real desire to go back. We have no regrets, just not what we were expecting after our experience at our resort on Moorea.

Staff at check-in were great! Room was large and comfortable. Clean. Nice walk-in shower and two sinks. A separate toilet area. Service at pool and bar area wasn’t great. Need to have an airport shuttle for guests even if pay because taxi service was extremely slow and stressful to make flight. Let another couple share because their flight before ours. We checked night before how long taxi would take to arrive at hotel and told 10 minutes. Then couldn’t say why that wasn’t case that morning.

We booked a two bed garden suite specifically for the two beds. We booked online where the room was advertised and priced for two beds. When we checked in we indicated we needed both beds and assured everything was ready. The second bed was a broken sleeper sofa with a a dirty, thin mattress and no sheets. As it was late and we were exhausted we managed with the king size bed. The next morning the staff was apologetic but offered no alternatives. We stayed one night. The property was in average conditon for a resort in this price range. The room had large kitchen area but limited, well worn seating. The main bedroom was nicely appointed with blackout curtains. Bathroom had rain showerhead but was missing the knobs needed to use it, so we made do with the hand held control. There is a wierd little window between the bedroom and bathroom at pillow level which shines into bedroom. Toilet is located in a separate cupboard in the main living area. As far as the main property, ocean views were lovely the pool area was lovely. Breakfast offered buffet at $54.00 per person, more than we needed. The bar offered coffee and some pastries at ala carte pricing.
