The staff was extremely patient and friendly - 10 stars for them! The crowds at breakfast and at the shuttle were overwhelming. We did not eat breakfast as we could not even find a plate nevermind a table. The shuttle is for 5 hotels so you can imagine the free for all trying to get on I saw teenagers pushing kids out of the way to get on - if you have kids younger than 8 avoid the shuttle unless the line is small. They really need more shuttles so it isnt such a competition for them. We walked to the park in the mornings and it was a nice start to the day.

Great affordable spot for visiting Disneyland Paris. Rooms are large and clean, and pretty quiet. Amenities are simple, but you don’t need much when you’re in the parks all day! The free shuttle to the parks and train station is often very crowded, but there is a public bus route a 6 minute walk away that is way less crowded and worth the €2 to not feel like a sardine. Breakfast is delicious but I recommend going before 8:30am as it’s gets very busy and hard to navigate. Overall, I recommend the hotel for those looking for an affordable place to sleep after full days in the parks or out in Paris (less than an hour away and €2.50 by metro).

This property, charged me twice. They could not cancel a reservation that somehow was booked a year in advance due to a system glitch. They told expedia they would fix it then backed out. So, comes the date of my trip for a year later and they still wont refund but i can cancel and they can rebook it and make more money. What a scam and fraudulent way to run a business. Save your money and go elsewhere. The shuttle to disney parks sucks, stops at multiple places, we took an Uber instead. The breakfast? Good luck finding a place to sit, its soo packed.

This hotel was a good option if you want to go to Disneyland Paris. The room had 2 beds and a bunk bed so every member of my family had our own bed. The only issue was the bus that transports you back and forth from the park. The bus schedule said it arrives to pick up those leaving the park every 15 minutes, however, we waited for the bus for over an hour. We ended up needing to pay for a taxi back instead. Very inconvenient. Also, the breakfast is free but it was laid out so odd and so crowded that we couldn’t even get to the food.

Very small rooms whitout refrigerator(which you have to pay extra for refrigerator),the air condition wasnt working correctly(only cold air which i told them twice and they said they fixed it but it wasnt fixed.The cleaning lady the morning she change 2 towels instead of 4 and the bathroom was full of dust.The Stuff was perfect except 1 girl who was very rude to us and to some other families.At 05/09/25 she was shouting and talking very rude about our food order and for an empty plate we asked.I complained about her to the restaurant manager who was a young boy and he told me that he is very sorry about what happened and this girl have some problems on her own that day.The next day i went to the restaurant bar and i asked for mojito and she told me that there is no mojito for that night because she didnt have lime and mint.Im laughing out loud with her.You cant have this kind of persons as employees because its bad reputation for any work.The vending machines are very expensives. The good thing was the trasportation to Disneyland parks.

The room was specious for our family of 4, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, the bathroom in our room was very small, I couldn’t stand up in the shower as it was very low. The check in was very slow. We also were not aware we had to pay €15 each day to park our car here. The buses to the train station are convenient but often very over crowded

Rude staff

Staff very rude in the breakfast area. Allowing some customers in with giant rucksacks but wouldn’t let us take a small handbag with valuables in. Seemed to be one rule for some people and different rules for others. Breakfast choice was poor. Room very basic. No kettle. Bath tiny. Would not recommend.

It was good that there was a free bus to get to disneyland park and i didnt really like how the car park had to be costed and wasn't that much option choice for breakfast but the breakfast was delicious but over all i think its a good hotel if you wont be in your room the whole day.
