The staff were very welcoming and kind. They let us keep our bags in a locked room before our check in time so we could explore the city and come back later to check in. They even offered the same at check out by letting us keep our bags in the locked room. Overall great experience easy, simple, and clean. Can’t recommend more!

The staff were very friendly. The TV channels were inaccessible. The room was truly odd - the bed occupied nearly all of the bedroom “wing”, while the bathroom wing was enormous (thank goodness as it meant there was somewhere to open the luggage). The tiny opening to the roof was most welcome. The hotel was convenient to metro and the sights around the Arc de Triomphe. Breakfast was plentiful.

Great location friendly staff

Very friendly receptionist who took our suitcases until room ready at 2pm. Room was lovely beds slightly small and very warm. Would have been nice to get complimentary water but would have had to pay in mini bar. No breakfast as had to leave early. Great location for where we needed to be. Would def recommend
