Great location next to the M4 line (metro) making it easy to get to all main attractions and close to the river/louvre. Staff were great and room had everything (mini fridge, wardrobe, bath, hair dryer). Only issue was it could have been cleaner (room was a bit dusty and you could see it on the air con unit). Overall we would stay there again.

They had both AC and an elevator. I did not expect this for a small hotel, so I was wonderfully surprised. The top step on the first floor was worn out and slanted. It was covered by the new carpet but still notable and may be a safety issue for the less agile.

A Gem of

Lovely cozy hotel in the perfect neighborhood under the care of friendly and knowledgeable staff and management! Walkable to all the sights in both sides of the Seine.

The location of this hotel is prime! The proximity to the metro made for a super easy transport to and from the main train station. If you show up early for check-in, they will hold your bags but do not expect a room to be ready. For the price, the room was a bit dated and worn. The plumbing had to be addressed during my stay, which was interesting. The room did feel clean and I was always provided with fresh linens. Overall, for the location, you really can’t beat it and I would likely return.

Great hotel in the great neighborhood of St Germain. All the charm of a Parisian hotel. Old but with great amenities including AC (and we were in Paris during one of the worst canicule or heat wave) The rooms are small but very well organized

Good location, clean but under decor

Our room was comfortable and more spacious than some we have had in Paris before. Breakfast was very basic but the lady running the breakfast was lovely and tried her best to make it good. No tomatoes, cucumbers, or fresh fruit seemed strange but she ran out to buy yogurt and juice this morning for us because supplies had not been delivered? She is a doll and so friendly.

The hotel has a great location, with many restaurants nearby, a huge supermarket a few blocks away, and the metro right next door. However, the rooms are extremely small and not comfortable. The breakfast is very basic; for €8 you get 1 coffee, 1 orange juice, and a croissant. If you add an egg or cheese, it jumps to €17. I believe the price in high season is very high (€320 per day) – for that amount, you could find a more comfortable hotel. What you're really paying for is the location. The staff service was very good.

This Boutique hotel was adorable and very well managed and staffed. Our room was small but comfortable and was cleaned each day by great staff. The dining area was cozy and provided good breakfast options. The front staff were resourceful and always willing to help or advise us. They made us feel welcome. We loved the location and easy accessibility to the River Seine and all activity leading from there. But most of all we loved the surrounding area with many great restaurants, clothing stores and places to people watch. .

While a bit of an older hotel the location is ideal for not just site seeing but also finding options to eat and being close to the subway. The staff are friendly and have recommendations for local resturants. They helped arranged taxis as needed for dinner or to get to train station.

Great location.- Room is quite old, but overall everything at Crystal is very good.- Bathroom was renewed.- Be careful, they charged for things I didnt grab from minibar.-I emailed them, and they said they were going to refund me.

The staff could not do enough and the facility was very nice. They had a very nice breakfast in the lower level and the rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. And the location could not be bear. I highly recommend.
