Great stay, spacious room.

Staff were very friendly, helpful. Large bedroom and bedding very comfortable. The only comment was I had my do not disturb on and left. When I came back, the sign was offf my door and the bed had been made. The odd thing is the cleaning staff didn’t do anything else - my coffee wasn’t refilled, towels not adjusted - confused why housekeeping would come in when it shows on my door not to and then once inside only make my bed? Odd. Great location if you are doing business in La defense. So close to the metro line which was helpful to get into the city centre and airport.

The place is outdated and behind the hotel everything is empty with graffiti all over. Paris is mostly unsafe city with a lot of crime. We would not recommend this place .

The accommodations are clean and comfortable. We had limited interactions with the staff but those we did speak to were helpful and friendly. There is not much to dad in the area but it is minutes away from the metro so you can get anywhere in Paris easily. There are great dining option in this area too.

I did not know what to expect since I never stayed at Fraser’s. Upon friends recommendation, I made the booking and I was genuinely surprised with the size of the room and the comforts inside. The only suggestion would be replace carpet with hardwood or tile. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much to the cleaning staff and front desk!

Space at a great price

I never stayed in La defense but will. This hotel was much like hotels in the US. If you need modern and space with a comfortable mattress- you will like this hotel. The staff was great as well. Carpet is tired, but whose isn’t in a world of hardwoods.
