What a gem; exquisite in every regard! The charm of this hotel exceeded hopes and expectations. All requests were met with a speedy, positive response, as if we were family. And, indeed, the owner’s daughter (absolutely charming herself) indicated that this is their goal. Don’t miss the opportunity for a perfect stay in Paris!

Great location; former private house that still seems like a house not a hotel for the price. Gym small. Rooms small for the price. Some staff annoyingly slow and not knowledgeable about hotel operations.

Being near the Madeline is a great location. The rooms are small, some very small for a high price. The inner courtyard allows light in the rooms but can be loud with cars, rolling suitcases, groups and motorcycles if you stay on a lower floor. The gym is small. It is a former house which provides some charm but it operates more like a house, than a hotel. Some front desk staff could be more helpful and knowledgeable.

I loved the location and traditional architecture and internal courtyard Rooms are too small, staff is friendly but amateurish. Lots of used room service trays stay in common parts for too long. Staff use same lifts as guests with big trolleys Street side is noisy with some construction early. Housekeeping forgets water and tissue paper refilling.

Loved the decor and history of the property. Staff very helpful and courteous. My suite was spectacular overlooking the garden. Beds very comfy. Maid and turn down service so wonderful. I’m not sure I liked the toilet being so far from any sink. The double sink was nice but was leaky. Location perfect. Close to the louvre etc. but near great restaurants a bit away from the crowds.

The structure is beautiful and a lovely Parisian style stay. The location is absolutely perfectly positioned and close to many sites and shopping. The hotel is quiet and clean. Improvement can be made in terms of staffing at the breakfast room which receives a rush of people it really can’t handle.

Fantastic location for a beautiful hotel. The staff is super helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is nothing fancy, but has everything I wanted, so I was happy. The rooms are nice and the bathroom is newly renovated.
