Lovely hotel, good welcome, very clean. Comfortable bed and fluffy towels. Close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. Only thing not so good was that our milk and coffee were not replaced daily so had to ask at Reception. Would definitely stay there again.

Small room but everything we needed was available to us, like a smaller version of a studio without the kitchen. Located in a convenient location near the Arc De Triumph.

Do not ever book this place. Air conditioner is broken. The property never informed to customer instead lied every day they are going to fix it. It was over 100 degrees inside room without any small opening window nor fan. I had to open my door for air circulation. I had no privacy and couldn’t sleep or rest during daytime. Please aware this. Do not book this place.

Very quaint place. Staff was friendly. Assisted when needed. Elevator was extremely small. Would have. Liked fresh water bottles daily but no big deal. We had no issues.

On our last day we went to breakfast leaving our luggage in our room. Checked out as had to head to LaHave and once in the hotel there I proceeded to check my money only to find it was all gone and my debit car. Whoever did it proceeded to take all my money out of each wallet and put the wallet back in my backpack. When returning to our room to get our luggage there was a cleaning staff outside our room ( a black woman) Needless to say I was so devastated and felt so violated. Being my first time in Europe and about to go on a cruise I was beyond speechless. It was a lot of money and pretty well tainted my whole trip. I don’t know if anything can be done but hopefully the hotel can look into the cleaning staff for that day. Please advise what can be done as it’s my first time to Europe and on a cruise and only feel negatively towards it all. Doreen

We enjoyed our short stay. It's in a good location that's walkable to a bus stop or metro. There are several places near by to eat. We felt safe. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nice room. Clean space. Would recommend and would stay again.

The room is pretty small. Sink, shower place and toilet are all separated in different places in the room. Breakfast just has pretty limited selections. Location is great, but don’t think worth the price.
