We were placed in Room #2 on the ground floor next to some sort of motor/ generator which made an extremely loud noise all night. The bathroom window could not close properly because there there was a space in it causing the room to be extremely cold. We were given tiny space heater which made no difference. There was a Safe in the room however it was inoperable.

The walls were a little thin so you could hear other people at night going to their rooms but other than that, it was really nice and Convenient. And for the price you can’t beat it. I didn’t rent a hotel to have a good time. I rented it to sleep and that’s what I did. I would explore France all day and come to my hotel room and sleep like a baby.

Near Eiffel Tower

Our stay here was great. For couples looking for a budget friendly hotel near the Eiffel tower and metro station, this one is really good. There are restaurants, convenience store and laundromat just around the hotel. There are no elevators, but the staff who greeted us when we checked-in was kind enough to let us choose whether we want to have a room on the 1st floor ir higher floors. We chose to stay on the ground floor since we have a heavy luggage, though I think the rooms upstairs will have a great view of the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommended!

Bad hotel

Stay away from this hotel bad experience. Dirty,dusty,unwahsed blankets that smell.The carpet will choke u.Ignore pictures its a scam they are not two star and place is completely run down.We had to leave and find another hotel.

Nightmare Experience

Dirty, disgusting, not sure how it's able to be in operation. DO NOT STAY HERE. Pics are not representative, maybe from many years ago. Probably original carpet throughout hotel, with just about every stain possible. We got BED BUG bites! Would not go back if they paid us.

This property should be condemned. It is unsafe, unclean and cannot possibly be carergorised as an hotel. We have today sought medical advice for serious bites which have been confirmed as bed bugs. We needed emergency accomodation on Monday and are horrified this is all that was avsilable. We demand a full refund and compensation. We would also request from you an explanation as to the criteria you use when selecting hotels for Expedia. We have taken many photos of the disgusting conditions, the photos used to promote this hotel are extremely misleading. We will also contact environmental health, this hotel MUST be closed down. We are amazed that now having had the opportunity to look at the reviews as to why you continue to promote this hotel when reviews as fare back as 2017 are similar to ours. This is a disgrace. Please respond without delay.

Staff of the hotel don’t care about the customer. One example: the breakfast is from 7.45am to 9.00am, so went down to take ours breakfast and I noted than was no more croissant in their place and I hold the receptionist: excuse me is no more croissant y she answer me is gone and she turn away from me. We have no choice than go outside of the hotel for breakfast.

A place to sleep

Staff was kind. Location was convenient. They let us check in late which was nice. Run down building. Shower head was broken and shower door was missing. Overall for a place to sleep it was fine.

Building too old

Need to upgrade the building. Everything is too old. When I book on the wed. It doesn't mention to share bathroom. They do have a bathroom in the unit. But they took the toilet out and left the sink only.
