The room was clean and cleaned every night. Friendly staff in a simple, no frills, hotel near Gare du Nord. Good price, safe and comfortable. If you need a place to sleep while you adventure through Paris. Very convenient. Would stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Metropol. It’s a very characterful hotel. The staff were all very friendly, the location is excellent and eh breakfast was great value. Would happily stay there again.

The hotel was fine. We received room service only once but the room was generally clean. There was some mold on the window so please get that checked. The walls of the rooms were very thin. We could hear all kinds of intimate noises from neighbouring rooms so if you are a light sleeper this may not be the place.

The room was clean,staffs were friendly and helpful,The area is easy to go around and there plainty of shops and restaurants and also only 5 minutes walks from the Gare du Nord station which is very convenient.But the rooms are not keeping the noises from the others .You could hear conversations and snoring, otherwise everything was good

The hotel is worth the price, clean room, efficient amenities. Except that I paid for a client online and Expedia didn’t charge the card, meanwhile, upon arrival, the client was asked pay for the reservation which pained me because the hotel rate differs from the online rate. Other than that, the hotel is worth the price.

This is an old building, with charm but a bit worn. The room was clean. The receiptionist was exceptionally helpful. The location is great if one needs to be at Gare du Nord in a flash, on foot. The only downside was other guest speaking loudly during the night.

After booked this place they told me at the reception that guests are not allowed that was a big surprise … I’m not allowed to have my famille or any other guests that’s crazy . and the money is not refundable at all … the place is super old different from the pictures online …

The room was small, the lock did not work. There was only one working electrical outlet in the entire room. Location was good, in a walking distance from the train station.
