No air conditioning but the balcony door opened. Diane was amazing to us and others that we hear her converse with. Super helpful. Got us setup with subway ticketing and ease of directions. When she gave us the map she circled closest metro stations and the hilites of the city

Great place to stay!!

This hotel was a great choice. It is in a great location it was very clean and comfy! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with taxis and directions. There is food and a pharmacy very near by. We would definitely stay here again

Wonderful aside from many slamming doors early a.m

The hotel was great. Staff were friendly everything was clean. A bit small for a double, as expected though in Paris. I didn’t give it a perfect rating because the slamming of the doors all morning long from the floor above us, on our floor, and the floor below were a bit much. There was one day out of 4 that we needed to sleep in a little, but it was impossible with the guests and the housekeepers constantly going in and out and slamming doors in morning. Maybe they can figure out something with their doors. Other than that everything was great.

Perfect location

Perfect location in St Germaine central to most attractions & close to river and Notre Dame, several metro stations around, laundromat around corner, lots of cafes and restaurants. The room was clean, comfy bed, great shower, separate toilet was nice. When window was closed it was quiet however we like sleeping with window open for fresh air and then it was a little noisy with people out late at restaurants, not too much traffic in the street, good price, I would stay here again 😊

This hotel is perfect walking to Notre Dame and other sites. Very nice room. The rooms in Europe are smaller than US but they make good use of the space. Front desk very friendly. Everything is walkable from there.

We had a lovely stay and Diane was the most amazing staff member. Nothing was a bother for her and she was always willing to help. Her presence and assistance made the stay a pleasure. Room was cosy and breakfast was minimal but enough for the day. Good location close to some attractions but metro very nearby.

Melanie at the desk was fantastic. The evening clerk barely acknowledged your existence. However, the hotel room is great and the air conditioning was wonderful and there was a laundromat two minute walk down the street near a police station so it was safe.
