This is by far the best hotel I have ever seen in my life. The stuff is so attractive. The rooms are amazing with service around the clock and fantastic breakfast. It could not be in a better area. You could just get out into the Louvre, Tivoli, Vandome. I will return next year.

The staff and the hotel are amazing!! Truly, a gorgeous hotel and extremely kind and attentive staff. We loved it! The only reason this isn’t a 5star is because I was kept up each night with banging. Unsure if we were over the kitchen or just had a super noisy neighbor for 4 nights, but difficult to sleep. Could have been the location of our room. Would love to return, just in a quieter room.

Beautiful view from our room of the Louvre and Eiffel Tower. The staff was very friendly, specially the front desk woman who showed us to our room. She was very kind, personable and helpful. For the most part our stay was flawless with the exception of our bedding. There were several hairs on the sheets that were not ours. The front desk was accommodating by bringing us new sheets but could not remake the bed. This was disappointing. Also the gentleman who checked us in was not overall friendly. He did not even say hello/bonjour when we arrived. I had to speak first. This shouldn’t happen at a 5 star hotel.

This hotel provided an exceptional experience for our six night stay. The location cannot be beat! Prior to arriving in Paris, the concierge team provided excellent support scheduling guided tours and transportation. The hotel successfully blends traditional Parisian architecture and flair, while making the guests always feel comfortable and welcome!
