We loved this hotel. Our room was spacious, beautiful and you felt like you were in Paris. The staff was so friendly. We walked to Moulin Rouge, Montmartre, Sacre Coeur, and Galeries Lafayette. There were so many great restaurants nearby, too. Amazing location. We will stay here again.

check in was a disaster. not a very personable person at the front desk. told us that we should leave the hotel card at front desk before stepping out. said it was for security incase \ we lose the card. not heard that before in any hotel. we are not 5 years olds. secondly, he said the taxi is going to be 96 euros to go to airport. its only 70 euros everywhere else. and wanted a 32 euro deposit. goodness sake we are hotel guests not some randos off the street. daylight roberry isnt it? On the positive side the rooms were clean and well maintained even though the windows had no sound proofing and could not get any sleep due to street noises thru 2am. good place to stay as a single/couple after a night of drinking (a must).

Great stay! Prime location, walking distance to the Metro. Restaurants nearby and Moulan Rouge within 5 minutes walking. Great staff and decent size room for 3. Will definitely stay here again.

Cleaning supplies were always sitting right by the elevator every day/morning. Garbage left in the hallway on the room floor often. Not a big deal but the window in our room was dirty. Make up face print from previous guest! Little things to improve, otherwise this property was in a great area.

Service was always warm and friendly. The hotel is in a great location, just far enough from the nightlife to allow for quiet evenings whilst still very well connected with Metro links. Had a classy feel about it. Room was quite small but to be expected for the location. We enjoyed our stay!

Maison Pigalle was excellent. Only a short walk to the tube. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even put some macaron in my bedroom on my birthday. The room was a bit small for three people but everything was very stylish and clean. Particularly liked the Clarins shampoo, hand and body washes in the bathroom. Would go again.

We stayed for one night en route to Switzerland. A little late checking in but the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was generally clean, well decorated and comfortable with a nice view, the rug had some coffee stains. We booked breakfast which was fine for the family although not many options for dairy allergy/vegan other than fruit, bread/jam. It was a pleasant hotel in a good location.

The hotel was nice, but we were unable to check in until 4:15pm. We travelled with kids, so we were hoping to checkin at 3pm, which was communicated. Also, we had to leave early to catch a flight (630am) and we couldn’t open the door to leave the hotel, as there was no one at the front desk. We missed our Uber and absorbed late fees. This in my opinion is a safety issue as all guests should be able to leave the hotel freely without a front desk worker opening the door from the inside ( at any hour they may choose).

I have to requested to clean better, another day I have to request body shampoo at the front desk, also after the 1st day was no more tea bags… we went to the front desk … they told us it suppose to be replaced daily , also another day I have to request hand soup at the front desk because we run out…

Stayed here for 3 nights and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Room was nice and clean, somewhat small but manageable for two people. Lovely quiet area and all hotel staff were very friendly

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious enough for our family of 4. We enjoyed the big windows that allowed good sunshine in. The room was clean and had good coffee and tea. The fridge was not very cold but we didn’t use it much. The hotel was near a lot of delicious restaurants and convenient to walk to all the landmarks.
