Great location nearest Metro was Bonne Nouvelle. Staff were can do and had friendly demeanour. Breakfast within the hotel was good with lots of variety.

Clean room, great location

Centrally located in Paris near a metro. Lots of bars, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. Clean and comfortable. You can open the window to get fresh air in your room. Looks like it was recently updated. Good sized bathroom. The staff was helpful and nice. You can drop your bags in a locked room before check in if needed. Free coffee and water in the lobby.

What an amazing hotel! Huge bedroom for a family with two children with space to move. Staff were making the beds every day. Great coffee and water available at the reception area. Access to many metro lines but also good walking distance to many sites. Definitely from the favourites

Nos gustó el hotel, tenía excelente ubicación y el servicio fue bueno. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el calor en la habitación por la calefacción era bien potente. Hubo mucho ruido en los alrededores en la madrugada, y las dos primeras mañanas hubo alarma de fuego y nos interrumpió el sueño. Esto sé que no tiene que ver con el hotel directamente, pero fue nuestra experiencia. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.

Beautiful Room but Did Not Clean Each Day

Hôtel Room was nice and Big perfect for our two babies. The Cot they provided was great. The Room really was 10/10 couldn’t have asked for better. The only problem we had with the hotel is they stopped cleaning our room after the first day when they realised we were English. I had to go to reception and ask can they clean our room as the bins were full. I even had to use the hoover myself to hoover up the babies crisps on the floor. I don’t mind cleaning up but when you’re paying nearly £200 a night you would expect the bins to be emptied. Other then that everything else was perfect

Good hotel in a great location, in terms of walking distance and transportation. Under 20min from Gare du Nord, 2 minutes away from Bonne a nouvelle and a few other stops. Great local cafés, restaurants and supermarkets as well. The room was clean and spacious even for a double bed hotel room. Staff was incredibly kind and check in & out were both a breeze.

Louvre is a mile away … which is a long walk at summer or wintertime . The rest of the tourist and shopping sites are at least 2-3 miles away The Good thing is that Uber would only cost you E15 And restaurants and food shops are just a short walk away . But still I would look for somewhere closer because you really have to return to your hotel to regroup before taking your nightcap
