Likes Clean and modern rooms. Close to public transport links and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Breakfast had a good selection of hot food and continental food. Front door can only be accessed via security card, which adds to security. Dislikes Only 1 staff available during checkout, so had to wait a bit. Need to have more staff on site especially around checkout time in the morning to speed things up.

We Would definitely recommend this Hotel, it was in a great Location, very quiet at night, Excellent facilites and very clean. The staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. For the price the stay and definitely the Breakfast was a bargain, we will definitely be back. Thank You.

The hotel is close to two main metro lines but what is not known is that it is an area really close to Strasbourg-St Denis which is a grittier area especially at night. There was a lot of shouting and rowdiness. The room A/C also didn't seem to work and the staff were not very helpful in obtaining more basics in the room (kleenex) which they claimed none was available. The bathroom/shower stall is in the same room with no enclosure so it's impossible to not get your entire bathroom wet after a shower. Wish we knew that before booking. More like a 2-star but this was relatively cheaper than other hotels who perhaps you get what you pay for!

We were a family of 4, the room was a reasonable size for a family room, the location was fine, the area was quiet and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was mould around the windows and in the shower.

The hotel is ok but no bar and the rooms are small and needs some updating the beds are very hard .but staff was very nice and helpful the hotel is not in a bad area for the price you pay for the room it's about a mile away from the main attractions maybe a little more than a mile from Norte dame which taking a cab or Uber will probably take longer to drive than to walk .all in all not a bad place for the money .first time in paris we stayed by eiffel tower and hotels where very nice and bigger but more money and farther away from attractions other than eiffel tower

We recently stayed at hotel Vacances Bleues Provinces Opera and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection.
