Staff was extremely helpful, wevoming, and friendly. Took the time to give directions and recommendations, including giving us a map and which station and which train to take. Breakfast staff had memorized which coffee we liked by the 2nd day.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only piece that surprised us was our room, even thoigh mentioned in the ad, did not have a terrace which was disappointing. Also our room was in the basement. There was a window to a small atrium area, not accessible to anyone. The room had no natural light so very dark. It was also quite humid as the hottub is on that floor as well. Because it is a very old building, simply the age not the condition of the property, there is no individual temperature controls in the rooms. You can either choose to have the system in your room on or off. Initially it was very warm but having the window helped a lot. I would go back to this hotel but i would be sure to specify i do not want a basement room and i would want a terrace.

The reception at this hotel was first rate. The woman that welcomed my family made us all feel like we were VIP guests. My kids are still talking about how friendly and warm she was. Our transfer to and from the airport was all handled stress free for us. The breakfast was exceptionally well done - from the wide variety to the high-end quality. The room was amazing, clean, large, and comfortable. The location of this stay is within walking distance to many great restaurants, the Louvre, Notre Dame, and the metro line that runs straight to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eifel Tower. There are several small grocery markets within 2 minutes walk if anything is needed. I'll stay here again next time for sure.

The location is the best selling point, close to the Louvre, shopping and cafes. The staff went above and beyond, let us check in early and even helped us hail a cab. We had the 1st floor room with the privatw terrace. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely welcome from Sonia/Monika, room being inspected the toiletries were not working ! Very comfortable bed, great location for cafes, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was ok, space tight crammed in space by door when there was plenty spaces available. The breakfast staff could be more attentive. Jacuzzi great. Overall, I would definitely recommend. More of male vibe modern good as stay was for husband birthday. Tres bien.
