Our room was a basic double. We were there for one night only before flying back. The hotel is located steps away from the Arch of Thriumph and Champs-Élysées. A lot of restaurants around. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Room was small but comfortable.

Very easy access to Metro, only about a block from Arc de Triomphe. There are many restaurants all around the hotel. Place was cozy, clean. Staff was very friendly. It is not large (small lobby) but it’s all we needed. They also offer breakfast, and they have a small bar in lobby.

Easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had when it comes to helpful and friendly staff, and my family owns timeshares, stays at resorts, Airbnb etc … location was around the corner from metro station and a block away from Arc. Staff was great emailing prior to trip to answer questions, and they were helpful about every question I had during my stay. Room was clean. This was one of the best hot water shower pressures in a hotel I’ve had! The cute window with balcony was a very nice touch for fresh air and views. Safe and quiet 24/7 staff coverage.

There was a lot of construction and late night you could hear a lot of shouting and commotion from people on the corner of the street.

You really are just paying for the location. The room was spacious but outdated. The bathroom was not ideal and the bottom of the shower seemed to have issues when you stood on it. Faulty attachment on the hairdryer. We asked for additional pillows that never came. The walls were extremely thin and could hear everything happening. Every morning there was banging on the walls. They also took a security deposit before we arrived which was mentioned no where in the booking conditions. This would have been fine, but there was no notice given. Positives: the lady at reception was very lovely. Air conditioning worked fine and the bed was okay. All I think it was very overpriced for what it was.

This was a great location and the hotel staff was very helpful. In the original listing it said there were laundry facilities and unfortunately that was not true. We were able to find a close laundromat so it wasn’t a huge deal but it was originally one of the reasons I had chosen this hotel. All in all we had a great stay!
