The sign outside was great and welcoming, but the staff attitude did not seem to match the company values. Maybe they should read the sign? The breakfast was one of the best I have seen offered to include breakfast. I loved the blueberry scones, can't eat the poppy seeds. I loved the belgian waffles and the material was exceptional not to cause the batter to stick. The staff was not horrible, just didn't seem into customer service. I had to ask for the room to be cleaned but apparently there was no communication and the gal tried to just drop off towels to my husband with me the phone and I had to stop the call to get her to agree to come back in a about 10 minutes and we would be gone for the day so that she could vacuum, etc.

Check in was great! The staff was super friendly, gave us complimentary water bottles and a discount for a glass of wine and the hotel bar. The grounds/landscape was beautiful. The hotel room was nice, bed was comfortable. The carpet was stained and didnt look like it had been vacuumed in a while but not a total deal breaker. Parking was convenient and check out was seemless. Will definitely be staying again in January. Yhank you for a great hotel experience.

The staff is great at this location. Very friendly, professional and nice. One elevator was broken... but other than that, we had a great experience. Breakfast is always nice. The food is good, the area is clean and the service is exceptional. :)

Everything looked great, the room was clean, the checking staff was gracious. Then we opened the spare bed in the sofa. Sheets were old and dirty. And the outlets, only half worked for charging the phones. I do expect more, like clean beds throughout.

I really hate prepaying for a room, only to be told you have to pay more to actually stay the night. They claim it is for potential damages and will give it back. Well then, why dont they disclose that upfront when I am perpaying through Expedia? i lost trust really fast with that. It was hard to hear the person checking in, because the front counter is by the bar and the people there were really loud watching a game. Then, one of the lights in the room didnt work. Otherwise the room was ok but not any better than acceptable. I have been to some Hampton Inns that were great. This one wasn't.

First time staying here. Come to the area often but hotel was never in my price range. This time it was. When arrived in room dirty washcloth left in room. Could only find one trash can and the bed fitted sheet was too small for the bed because it kept slipping off the bed all night long. However I would stay here again if the price is right
