Excellent water location with dining and bar on the property. Beach parking for overnight boaters. Rooms are dated and worn out, beds are old and tired.... this property is in need of a complete over haul and renovation on the rental units. Loudest AC unit I've ever tried to sleep with on, giant hole in the bed, carpeting dirty, no ceiling lighting, 2 hangers and not luggage stands.

Don’t stay in the rooms in front of the beach

The 2 connecting rooms we had were on the first floor and right in front of the beach. As soon as we opened the door of the room there was a scent of sewage. Our other room had toilet problems and we had to call maintenance to use the plunger to make it flush. All night it was filling up almost to the top then it would slowly flush. It was unsanitary and the stench was strong enough for us to close the bathroom door and leave on the exhaust fan the entire night. There was a used towel in 1 of the bathrooms from previous guests and house keeping did not clean it well. There was rubbish left on steps from the balcony to our room. After an unpleasant night we decided to check out early the next morning. The view of the beach was amazing, but the rooms need to be remodeled and updated badly!

I enjoyed being beachfront,easy access to the boat,easy launch ramp, convenient parking,great set up for our dogs. Super good food and drinks at the restaurants. Staff was very friendly and we got plenty of free ice coupons to use each day. The rooms we we were in Building A were pretty dated and needed a full remodel,but, the beds were comfortable and they were cleaned pretty thoroughly- just super old and worn out. We were in the original part of the resort. Building F was beautiful and much newer. The store on site had great items for sale and they were very friendly. Overall the only negative comment will be on the overall cleanliness. It got pretty trashy with guest just not cleaning up after themselves. It’s a party spot for sure,young crowd…loud music,drinking, large party gatherings. The resort staff was constantly trying to get the groups to pick up after themselves at the pool and on the beach. The over night winds just blew trash everywhere. I liked the overall security,monitoring and staff that was around at all times. We will return and the rates were very reasonable…good location! I’m hoping the “trash” situation was just a reflection of the extremely large groups that were there to party/celebrate.

Gross dirty

We stayed in beach facing suite ground level. First thing checkin was super slow, only one desk working, everything paper based. Super super slow everyone was complaining. Rooms were big but very old, we had sink with vomit stain, door with blood mark, blanket had blood stains we were grossed out . Toilet had sand at bottom. The lamp beside bed had food stains never cleaned. Wall fixture were broken at two places.. Location is very good. But beach sand was very dirty trash, we found two sharp metal object in my kids sand stainer. We do not recommend this place at all.
