When entering the hotel we met a lovely receptionist called Maria, she was so helpful, we got into our room early, the room was spotless, we had dinner and breakfast at the hotel also, the service at dinner was excellent, breakfast was self service, there was plenty of choice, and the cooked food was all tasty, the haggis was a great touch for burns day, we will definitely be returning, we will be recommending the hotel to family and friends

Located right next to the SEC, it’s easy to find, has a decent sized and reasonably priced car park and covered walkway to reception. My room, allegedly a Premium Kingsize, was very disappointing. 2 single beds posted together should not be described as a king size bed!! The shower over the bath was terrible! Not just weak water pressure but the 3 x soap dispensers, soap dish and hand rail on the wall made it impossible to move without hitting something. Dinner was overpriced but ok. Breakfast was also average. With about 6 other hotels in the area, this place needs to do better.

Room was tired and shabby. Air conditioning fans grubby and near door was very draughty. Bathroom sink had a crack in it and overflow hole grotty. Body cream in shower instead of body wash. 1 out of 3 lifts working not ideal at check in when busy. Staff friendly especially night reception. Would not recommend or stay again

Nice clean room. The staff on reception were excellent, particularly Akos who greeted us on arrival. The food was decent enough. We also sat in the bar before leaving and there was some very good live music.

Lovely room with a gorgeous view, evening was great, we had the steak which was cooked accordingly, loads of choice at breakfast, we really enjoyed our stay, my only negative was the bar staff just stood around chatting away to each other and when asking for any form of service it felt like they were doing you a favour.

Reception and waiting staff were super efficient, welcoming and very friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. The view of the river was a treat. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and the dining areas very comfortable. Pool and Sauna was great. I felt the floor in the changing rooms a bit slippy so would recommend flip flops. A spinner for wet costumes would also be useful for those intending pool/sauna use on arrival and next day.

Hot tub was dirty and broken round the edges, could do with some maintenance, the room vent was really dirty, bathroom sink dirty, and bathroom could have done with a bit of work, air conditioning had water dripping from it which required putting a towel down, lifts in hotel werent working and were under maintance overall really disappointed
