Liked location, it was convenient to downtown and to the bridge to the beaches. Like that several good restaurants and bars were within walking distance. Like convenient free parking. Didn’t like the fact the hotel is undergoing renovations. There was no notice on website about the inconvenience of the renovations. Didn’t like the traffic noise. The hotel is located between major highways going and coming from the beach bridge. Didn’t like that the hot tub was dirty and not working. Didn’t like that two of the four cardio machines didn’t work. Didn’t like the fact that breakfast was not included with the hotel room cost. Didn’t like that the toilet flushed completely once out of appropriately every 6 flushes.

Remodeling and still charging full price.

Construction going on and place is in terrible shape. Construction starts at 7 am. Loud and messy at the moment. Phone didn’t work at the front desk or in my room. Should be giving a deep discount to be staying at the moment and let guest know it’s under construction

They had with their credit card system, tv didn’t work and wasn’t put together, construction on the same floor in the next room over. If you knew there were construction going on at 7 AM on the floor and the next-door to our room. You shouldn’t have booked that hall, that floor, or that room. They then tried to double charge me when I was leaving.

Fantastic shower- water pressure, shower products (shampoo, body wash, conditioner)- was fantastic. The construction going on was just too much. Loud, dusty, held up the elevator, closed off amenities from time to time. Microwave didn’t work- maintenance replaced with working one first night. Good convenient location. Staff was friendly.

Other than some construction around the property, something which Pansacon had no control over, I found the property very adequate, within easy reach of our hotel, and plenty of find restaurants from which to choose.

Had after graduation celebration in lobby. Whole family able to be together. When we tried to print boarding passes someone had left a jam in th printer. Front desk clerk and maintenance man able unjam and we were able to get passes!
