Hotel smelled old and gross. Bugs in shower and on floor. Nothing like baseboards have been cleaned in a very long time. We got a pool access room thinking it would be fun and easy with the kids. Our room was tucked in the corner right near a door to the main area that slammed constantly throughout the night. The pool was open until ten and loud due to music and very rude people using the facilities. The pool is why we booked here but the pictures are better than what is in actuality. The pool had so many people in it, who did not consider anyone. The stairs to the waterslide were gross. The restaurant at the hotel was basic. My husband found a hair in his salsa. I usually only leave five star reviews but wouldn’t want a family to waste their money on it.

I wanted to stay here so my daughter could enjoy the pool. We were disappointed all around. Pictures look better than the reality of this place. It is run down and disgusting. The rooms smell horrible like a hospital or retirement home. The pool and water slide area were in bad condition and rusting everywhere, paint chipped, waterslide- not sure how this passed any health inspection. Was greeted by a rude front desk staff upon arrival. Overall horrible experience.
