Loved staying here in the past but seldom book this location for our own trips. This is a central location and made sense for the activities we had planned in the city. Great indoor parking for smaller vehicles, easy access through the parkade to the hotel. And a nice view from our room .

Unexpected Visitor

A very nice place to stay but the morning of check-out we heard a light knock (not even sure if it was on our door or not) and then the door started to open. I was shocked to see housekeeping coming in without any sort of pronounced knock or verbal notification! Thankfully we were packed and ready to leave. Not impressed and was quite disappointed at checkout when the front desk basically brushed it off.
