Beds were comfortable and didn’t sag, rooms were clean, balcony was nice to enjoy, on-site pool area/restaurant were convenient, and staff were pleasant. Next time we may even use the bbqs provided for guest use! Highway noise was only deterrent.

We have stayed here often in the past…our reservation was in the tower this time and it was lovely! The whole property is beautiful, clean and comfy! Close to Okanagan lake and half hour walk to downtown! Staff are very friendly! Was a little disappointed that the pool side bar wasn’t running and of course they are working on the new wellness centre so it was a bit noisy…but that was to be expected! I have always recommended this property to friends and family and will continue to do so!

My mom, sister, and I just stayed at the Balcomo for a weekend in early June 2025. I have stayed there before, and was very happy with the hotel during previous visits. The renovated rooms are modern, clean, and well-appointed, with a medium-sized fridge, a coffee/tea station, a massive tub, and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the pool area and appreciated being able to order food from the on-site restaurant. I also liked that we could text the front desk if there was anything we needed! We were surprised that the rooms did not have an iron or ironing board (this is typically standard); however, I'm confident it would have been provided if we would have asked. We would definitely stay there again.
