Honestly what a great place to stay at , won’t disappoint you. Very spacious worth the stay for a very great price. It’s close to all the attractions very nice area . Got a 2 double beds a king and 2 big bathrooms kitchen and a storage room for $167 . Such a great price much better than what I expected . Give this place a visit it won’t disappoint you !!

It was a nice experience, Staff was very friendly and rooms were tidy. 2 min away from the beach and downtown area. The only problem I faced was the swimming pool it wasn’t cleaned but overall it was good.

We arrived after a very long day of travel delays and were exhausted. The staff were fast, courteous, and helpful. We really appreciated it and our room was clean and comfy. I would absolutely recommend this property as a great place to stay. We can't wait to return!

Property is close to the beach and close to the Convention Centre. The motel is well kept up: Staff were often seen cleaning the pool, around the pool and the general grounds of the motel.

We were on the second floor. Older building but nice & quaint. The room was spacious with a nice balcony with a view of the pool. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Nice motel in the heart of Penticton

Very nice motel. Close to the beach and restaurants in Penticton. The pool was well maintained and much appreciated in the heat. The managers were very friendly and helpful for our group of four cyclists. The rooms were well maintained and very clean. The bed was quite comfortable with nice linens.

Great for the price we paid. We loved having pool access and a bbq to grill on was nice. Bonus if you have an EV they have a charger for use while staying there that I dont think has additional charges. Our kids had a great time

What we liked: It’s walking distance to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. The room had a door to the pool area and we kept that open during the day and it was nice to have an indoor/outdoor feeling. The shower water pressure is strong What we disliked: the space is old and well used. The shower tub is stained. The space had a bad smell (main reason we kept doors open) and the ACs are really loud. To maintain a temp a night, it would keep turning off then back on and because of house loud, it would wake us up. Main dislike was cleanliness. They provided dishsoap and a sponge but the sponge was used (and I don’t mean lightly used) The floor had dust and dirt in sections and the couch has seen much better days. We requested an extra bed sheet so that we could cover the couch to sit on it. We also kept our shoes on inside because of the floor. We would not go back to this place. Our room technically fits 5 people but we were 3 and that was full enough! It’s two double beds and then the sad couch.

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days. The staff were friendly, but we had to ask for toilet paper and towels, and room cleaning. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where they didn’t offer room cleaning/bed making on a daily basis. We chose the king suite with kitchenette, while thinking it would be super convenient to cook for ourselves instead of having take out, the kitchen was stocked with very old and scratched pans and cracked dishes, needless to say we didn’t utilize the kitchen as we had hoped. The bed was so firm that I returned home with sore hips. There was constant painting and renovating throughout the building without any notice or signage. The price was on the lower end so I guess we sacrificed comfort for money. We won’t be doing that again especially for a longer stay. If it was only a few nights that would have been a more suitable place to stay. On the plus side, it was in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and channel float. Walking distance to restaurants and beautiful Okanagan lake. Air conditioned suites.

We stayed at this place in Penticton because we were leaving early the next morning to start a 6 day drive to Toronto and our furniture had already been picked up by the movers. We thought a good night’s sleep would be a necessity since all we had were air mattresses. It was a huge disappointment. The room had a foul smell as soon as soon as we opened the door. The floors were dirty (my socks were filthy from walking around the room -see photos attached). The bathroom could have used a good cleaning and the television didn’t work. On the very small plus side, the bed was comfortable, so that was a good thing. I’d avoid the Riverside Motel if you’re heading to Penticton. There are many other motels on Lake Okanagan that I’m sure would be better.
