Better than last time

Room was clean and comfortable. AC worked this time. Pool was open, although I didn't see any visible showers near the pool and all the signs going into the pool said something about mandatory shower before going in the pool. Deposit was a bit pricy. Overall 4/5

Had to semi fight for top floor so nobody above me and so there were no fails like the other night at another hotel. Once I got I was relieved and yes slept well with no potential idiot above stomping around when trying to sleep. Not sure why so difficult at hotels to get a quiet top floor room when you check in early as well as not many other guests there! Or 5 stars I could have given. Hot tub jets worked!

The was construction the whole time I was there and the hotel was near empty I ok y saw one other guest. The construction crew staff kept slamming the metal door all day coming and going to their vehicle and were in the room beside me and the parking lot sawing something I think pipes or conduit all day. They even backed if they were too noisy I said actually yes I can hear every in and out of the door everyone they slam the metal door. The ice machines (ALL of them were all down. The hot tub was luke warm at best. The dresser was in need of refinishing and snagged one of my shirts before I realised the varnish was peeling and cracked. I mean the price was great but the disturbances were annoying and tedious. I wasn’t expecting the world, but for the things offered and paid for, to be working. The check in staff woman was great though she did what she could and offered $25 off the room fee which I greatly appreciated as a single mom . Just disappointed as my first little break in 17 years was a little disappointing. It would have been advisable to relocate guests to rooms away from services in the hotel if they may be found to be disturbing.

While the property is older, our room and facilities were clean. The pool and hot tub were kept at perfect temperatures. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and provided exceptional customer service.

The staff, in all areas and times of day are first class at this hotel. Friendly, very helpful, detail oriented. The rooms are quite comfortable, recreation and dining options are wonderful. Stay here, it's great!

The front lobby is nice and looks well taken care of. The rest of the property is quite dated and the repairs were very poorly done. Walls are VERY thin. You can hear anything in the next room or in the hallway. Bed was good.

Did not feel safe in neighbourhood or leaving my car, my hotel room door was open when i went to room, I refused to enter or stay in that room. They did send security and give another room
