The rooms here were filthy. Bugs everywhere and the bathtub looked as if it had never seen cleaner.

It is dirty. The lodging had zero vacancy and doing some math we wonder if you couldn't make sure the lodging was clean the tables had cup water marks that wiped off. The toilet was dirty until I cleaned it. The bathtub had a stain that resembled fecal matter, until I cleaned it . There is a beer tab behind the dresser in the bedroom, and the dresser drawers are not inserted on the tracks properly. The tv and cable box are dusty. There is a 10.00 fee for not doing dishes but you did not supply a tea towel. We arrived just before 8 and thankfully the staff was still there. There were screaming at one another about a lost key for the lock box. We won't be back and this will also appear on yelp. I cannot believe the price we paid to say at the motel. There is 0 value to your property as a guest. I have photod

We a noticed difference this year with rooms updated a bit and new staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely a huge improvement from last year. Look forward to coming back next summer

We were pleasantly surprised as most hotels in Penticton are old and pretty filthy. This place was quite nice and didn't smell old or feel dirty. The staff were having some issues at check in and a lot of guests were being super mean. The woman at the front desk was still incredibly kind to us and helpful and friendly despite how she'd been treated that day. We thought the parking would be full all the time but we had an easy time parking each day.

Friendly, helpful staff and you can’t beat the area! Our pull out couch was broken and one of our kids had to sleep on a roll out foamie on the tile floor. They were aware of the broken couch before our arrival but we still discovered it on our own. Clean towels and sheets.

Safe quiet and cozy. The ac was great and the kitchenette and shower were very handy. Though with so many dining options so close we ended up eating out most of the time. The area quieted down at an appropriate time with room for people quietly conversing outside on the boardwalk or on the beach. We loved having the beach right there especially at night. So relaxing. And the chanel was just a short walk away as well. Would definitly like to come back again

The location was amazing! The pool was also great. We had a 2 bedroom and it was a great layout. The place is a little run down and there were minor issues but staff were super friendlt and we would definetly come back!
