Staff were very nice and helpful. Property is of the same vintage as many of the other privately owned motels in the area, but this one is kept very well maintained and very clean. Room I was provided had a kitchenette that was well stocked with necessary supplies to cook one's meals on days that one does not want to eat out or order in. Motel is also a nice 10 minute walk to Skaha Beach, so made for a very pleasant stay being able to take morning and evening walks along the water daily. Very conveniently located just a 5 minute drive to Walmart along with other shops and services. Overall, an excellent choice of accommodations while visiting Penticton and other Okanagan communities.

A beautiful property. Clean well kept. Was a quick find, wish we had of found it sooner. Would have Definitively stayed longer. You can’t go wrong with cute quaint motel. The court yard is gorgeous

This property is a great find. The family hosts were wonderful and helpful - recommending a couple of excellent restaurants and any other info we might have needed. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was great too.

As we drove in a bit early and we expected to be took to wait a bit but the very kind ,friendly lady at the reception did our room and paperwork done and ready, we were gave our room key and taken to the (upgraded) room and showed around where light switches are and how to work the tv remote and AC controller, which noone does anymore . To our surprise the room was spotless clean, open with 2 queen beds and nice big washroom with tub. And the yard and parking all super neat and clean, nice pool and bbq area . Walking 6 minutes to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. I really found a hidden gem. Thank you for making our stay pleasant one.

Cute, quaint & Comfy

Super friendly. She even walked us to our room. Clean, cute, usable kitchenette , dishes, coffee pot, 2 burners, comfy bed, super hot water. Nice Bbq area with a couple of gazebo’s. Pool My only negative was the road noise.. after 12 pm, and we use a white noise machine.

Came to Penticton to mountain bike the KVR trail. This motel was clean and had secure parking. Bed was very firm. Maybe too firm.

We have stayed here many times. However lately the surrounding area is much busier and the rooms are in need of repairs. The floors are uneven. The shower screeches when the pressure is turned up and the water kettle had a loose connection. The worst thing was the heat building up in the early night due to a leak or pilot light in the heater.

Can’t wait to come back. Crispy clean sheets, everything you need. A warm welcome, quiet and comfortable nights sleep. This is not a fancy motel, it’s quite modest but very well cared for and and excellently priced too.

This was our second time staying here. It is quiet and clean and the owners/managers are such nice people. The price is fantastic and the rooms have a kitchenette and dining table which gives you the option of breakfast/lunch at “home”. I would definitely stay there again.
