Dirty carpet, dirty stained grout in bathroom. We have stayed at alot of properties in many places and this was by far one of the most expensive and least liked by my husband and myself. For the 400+ that we paid we felt it should have been much nicer. The quality of the room would be probably half of what was paid.

Expensive for what you get, had people with limited mobility and had to walk upstairs to room..no parking when full .unfriendly service....breakfast ran out early and not replaced....fridge in room smelled like something died in it..couldn't use it

Comfy beds and good pillows which are big things for me as we had spent a week at a bigger “chain” in Toronto and the bed and pillows were awful. Nice breakfast & friendly staff.

Not returning - unfriendly/unclean

The staff was not friendly, they left my door open when I arrived to the hotel after work on the second night of my stay my door was ajar. The cleaning lady said "oh sorry I made a mistake an thought your room was vacant and due for a cleaning" I had all my personal belongings in there. The front desk lady was rude and unwelcoming, I brought forward that my room was not clean and asked for another room and she refused and looked very annoyed that I asked for another room and told me it would be very costly. The hotel was quiet which was nice.

The room was grossly over priced. The bed was very good. Parking at the patio door was convenient. But that door didnt lock Terrible smell seemed to come from A/C so we turned it off. That helped but made the room warm . The carpet felt wet.

Over priced but ok

Ok hotel as a middle of a trip longer destination. I feel it is overpriced based on the overall experience. Staff were great and room was comfortable but a spruce up would be welcome.

Stay away!

Upon arrival check in was smooth. However, room had a terrible smell and was dirty hair and stains on bedding. Immediately went back to front desk for a room switch. Second toom just as bad but had to stay as no other hotels in area has rooms. If they did. I would have left and fought for refund, do not stay here.
