The bed was nice, the room was clean, and the stay was great. It is close to everything and far enough away.

I originally thought my quilt had mildew stains, so i left a comment. The next day, Brian (a manager) came to my room personally with brand new quilts in the packaging, and explained that when the feathers in the quilt wear down, they give the appearance of stains by clumping up. These were supposed to have been removed from service, but fell through the cracks. He apologized promptly for my stress, and Ellie from housekeeping changed the whole bed. Having been in management most of my working life, i really appreciated the personal touch. I have never had a bad experience with a Hilton property, and it is because of swift reponses with resolution like Brian provided

Very glad we were close to the hospital. We had to be there at 5:00 in the morning.

Front entrance is a bit hidden, but GREAT staff, location, very clean and quiet. Didn't like we had to pay extra for parking.

The room was fantastic. I was a little thrown by the green and yellow carpeting in the public walkways, aesthetically not the greatest.

Felt safe and breakfast was great!!
