The room was ok, would be nice to provide daily drinking water for each day, instead of just for first day. This little gesture wont cost much but bring relief to occupants during their stay at the hotel. Room a bit dim even with all lights turn on, would be good to have better lightings around the room. But location is good, with easy walking around the CDB area, near bus and train stations.

Room was very comfortable and very clean. Had a small kitchenette also which is handy as a solo business traveller. Staff were friendly, with a couple standing out in particular. Hotel location extremely convenient for trains and shopping. Great value for money in Perth where things can get pricey -- and only a very short walk down to the riverfront and some lovely walking paths. Would recommend.

Location was great and the room was spacious enough for 3 people. It was quiet and clean. However, the carpet needs to be replaced. The service is also good. But the access to the Snap Fitness gym nearby, which is foc to all guests needs to be highlighted, as I nearly did not want to stay at Oaks because I thought it did not have access to a gym
