Great location, our room layout was not like the photos, the couch was up against the window, the bathroom is a bit dated and the aircon didn’t go below 21. Otherwise clean and had everything we needed.

A very comfortable stay in the spacious and well equipped studio. Oaks is centrally located in Perth only 5 minutes walk from the train station and easy walking distance to most tourist attractions. Very good buffet breakfast with hot and cold options.

The hotel was well located opposite Raine Square, so it was walkable to numerous restaurants and bars. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a kettle, with tea bags, but no hot chocolate. Breakfast was simple.
