The place was disgusting. Garbage remaining outside our door during both days of our stay, with the hallway carpet littered with debris and never vacuumed. The iron and coffee maker did not work, and when we requested that they be checked or replaced, they said "sure", only to do nothing, even after 3 requests! The same with regard to room service, or the total lack thereof. After our first night stay, we asked not once, not twice, but three times for them to clean our room. Despite assurances that this would be taken care of, it never was. Where at 2 AM during our 2nd night stay, we had to go down to the front desk and ask for clean towels. The management and staff either don't care and/or are incompetent. We expect and demand more as a Hilton Honors member, and would highly encourage others to not just avoid, but run away from the Logan hotel in Philadelphia. It was that bad.
